Several other buyers were interested in the house I wanted and Doug was able to negotiate a great price while also ensuring that the offer was accepted. When we ran into difficulties after the home inspection, Doug never pressured me to go forward but went out of his way to come up with creative solutions to solve the problem. He put in a lot of extra time, going to the house multiple times, helping me to call structural engineers and finding a home contractor.
